Anthony A. Williams

Anthony A. Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Primum Public Realty Trust.
Previously, he served two terms as the fifth elected mayor of the District of Columbia from 1999 to 2007. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Washington D.C. and for the United States Department of Agriculture and held a variety of executive posts in cities around the country.
As the District of Columbia's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Williams restored fiscal accountability for District agencies, balanced the city's budget for 10 consecutive years, which put the District on a track for the return to self government two years earlier than projected, and turned a $518 M deficit into a $1.6 B surplus in 11 years.

Ferhan Hamid

Mr. Hamid joined Primum Public Realty Trust in November of 2007 as Director, after having previously served as a senior aide to Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley, most recently as Managing Deputy Comptroller.
During his career at the City of Chicago, he focused on public private partnerships, including the long-term leases of the Chicago Skyway, the Downtown Parking System, and Midway International Airport. Mr. Hamid also concentrated on health care where he achieved millions of dollars of savings through groundbreaking negotiations with the City's 43 labor unions. In addition, Mr. Hamid oversaw more than $2 billion of employee investments in the City's deferred compensation plan. Mr. Hamid's extensive public sector experience includes having served as Assistant Illinois Attorney General focusing on state and local tax issues, Counsel for the Chicago Park District focusing on public and project finance, and Assistant Comptroller and Deputy Comptroller for the City of Chicago.
He holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law.
Jason Zocks

Mr. Zocks joined Primum Public Realty Trust in July of 2007 as a Vice President and focuses on real estate acquisitions.
Mr. Zocks has over 15 years of diverse real estate experience including acquisitions, asset management and development. He was most recently with the Mills Corporation working on development projects across the country and in Europe, specifically focusing on urban mixed use projects that were often public/private partnerships. Previous acquisition roles have been with Heritage Realty Trust and Invesco Realty Advisors.
Mr. Zocks holds an MS and MBA in Real Estate and General Business from the University of Wisconsin and a BBA in Marketing from the George Washington University.
